CouponsOnline.Com was created in the late 90s by Joe Crescenzi, for the sole purpose of posting coupons.

The initial goal was to simply post coupons for common grocery items, that you could redeem at your local supermarket, but as time went by, he realized that a large percentage of all coupons printed in the US are for local merchants, but very few local merchants had the resources to put their own coupons online.

Hence CouponsPages became a place where local merchants could have their own "Coupon Page" to place their coupons, but that didn't mean he abandoned the idea of a site just for online coupons.

First and foremost, like most of the sites in the Vovio Network, there will continue to be links on almost every page where people can get online coupons, including links directly to the supermarket sections of the biggest and most respected coupon sites... plus a direct way for people to get a local coupon from... CouponPages
